Summary: Blinking cursor is annoying

Comments:
No matter what page I am on, no matter where on the page I click I
always see the blinking cursor (or type line) as if it is going to let
me input text in that spot.

On sites like Facebook that use large frames the blinking line is quite
large and very distracting. This problem did not start until the new
update. Please fix this.
