Can importxml.pl process multiple records?

Is importxml.pl capable of processing multipe <bug> items in a single XML file? I need to import a few hundred defects from a spreadsheet and am creating an XML file from that sheet of the form: <bugzilla ...> <bug>...</bug> <bug>...</bug> <bug>...</bug> </bugzilla> When I run importxml.pl on that file, only the first bug is imported. Running checksetup.pl as checksetup.cgi?

Hello, in version 3.0, I was able to copy checksetup.pl into checksetup.cgi and run it from web (accepting parameters from file), under user apache. However, in versin 3.6 the checksetup.cgi ends with server error 500 "Can=B4t locate object method 'cgi' via package 'Bugzilla' at Bugzilla/ Install/Util.pm line 316". Hi, I want to see the bugs that reported by the members of a certain group. How do I do that kind of search? I have created a group called 'Department 1.' I have assigned members of that department to this group. And I want to see all the bugs that are reported by these people with the group id. bug_end_of_create hook not called?

Hi, I am trying to hook into the create process of my Bugzilla 3.2.2 installation. I followed the example for bug_end_of_update and it works perfectly. I have done the same creating a bug-end_of_create.pl file into the code directory of my extension, but it does not get called. I have attempted to do this by using the change several bugs at once option but it will not give me the Close Option. Giving additional privileges to the Development Group

After a bug has been created, I'm trying to give our developers the ability to change who a bug is currently assigned to. I looked in the 3.4.5 release of the guide (section 6.4) and found that the changes need to be made in bug.pm. In the comments I found that the assigned-to refers to "The full login name of the user who the bug is initially assigned to." Adding Custom Fields to Bugzilla Email

I would like to add one custom field to new bug emails that Bugzilla sends out. Our custom field is 'cf_source' and is a multi-select type custom field. Looking at other posts on this topic I've tried adding: cf_source => $values{'cf_source'}, to the $vars array in BugMail.pm as well as adding both X-Bugzilla-CF-Source: [% cf_source %] and/or Source: [% cf_source %] to the newchangedmail.txt.tmpl file. How to associate Documentation with bugs?

Hello, I am in our company's Documentation group and I'm trying to find a way to associate our team with Bugzilla 3.4.5 bugs that impact documentation. Currently, we have a Documentation component but it appears that only one component can be selected at a time. And the more steps it takes to do associate our team with a bug, decreases the likelihood that it would be utilized. If a Documentation field is created that contains a "yes / no" selection option, would the email associated with Documentation be emailed for "no" as well as "yes" selections? Question on Bugzilla 3.4.4 on Linux. This may be a dumb question, but can I turn off the "Restrict Group Visibility" feature that is seen by admins? I can't seem to find this param/config option anywhere. Thanks in advance.

show_bug.cgi shows completely blank page.

I have downloaded and installed Bugzilla 3.4.4 locally on Windows XP. Ran checksetup as you do. All the perl modules are up to date. The database is created. Two databaszes

We have Bugzilla installed on 192.168.5.15. I recently installed a later version (3.4.4) on 192.168.5.11. The idea was to move the trouble tickets off of 15 and onto 11 a later version. Right now the person is manually entering them into 11. It seems like since they are already on 15 there should be an automatic way. I don't really want to enter all the products from 15 onto 11 though I suppose I could and then just delete all the products that are not "troubleticket". But even then I am not sure how to transfer them. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Remove pictures on index and login page
