Hi I'm hoping someone might be able to help. We are a commercial software company and we are reviewing some software under the Mozilla License. I was wondering whether the Mozilla license allows companies or indiviuduals to "re brand" the software so that we can rename it, stick our own logo on it and sell it on (as well as modify the source code so we can adapt it for our own purposes). The individual contributors are listed in the Contributors section, but what goes in the original code field? mozilla.org code? The organization that I work for? Greetings, For L10n purposes, the ability to ship a suitable spellchecker dictionary for a localized version of Thunderbird is obviously important. Commercial use of Netbeans classes

I would like to use a discrete set of Netbeans classes (specifically, the javacvs package) and without modifying them as such (other than by extension), embed them within a commercial application. If those classes are available as source, and the text of the Sun Public License is also included in the software distribution, and the Netbeans sources themselves contain SPL license notices, am I otherwise within the terms of the SPL?
